Q: What condo pain point has VOOMcart solved for you?
M: When you go grocery shopping and have a carload of bags, you normally have to grab a building cart, wheel it to the car, load it, and haul everything up - then return it.
With my VOOMcart, I just open the trunk, open my VOOMcart, and whip right into my condo.
And...everything's already organized! I roll it straight into the kitchen and unload - one, two, three. It is SO easy. Also, without VOOMcart you are limited in how much you can carry.
M: I even call my friends who can’t carry heavy stuff and say, 'I’m taking the VOOMcart out—need anything?'
And… don’t get me started on liquor store trips!
Q: What’s the biggest benefit of using VOOMcart?
M: Convenience and speed.
I don 't have to rely on anything else. Once I moved into a condo and had to navigate the elevator, VOOMcart has been perfect for real grocery runs. People stop me all the time and say, That is so neat! And I tell them, It’s called a VOOMcart - It’s a little pricey, but worth it!
Q: Was it hard to adopt or to store VOOMcart?
M: Nope. Once I learned how to open and close it quickly it was easy. I don't need to collapse it anymore - it fits perfectly in its own little spot and it's ready whenever I need it.
Q: How does VOOMcart handle winter, dirty wheels, or cleaning?
M:I haven’t had to clean it yet - and I use it all the time. Anything will dry off if there’s slush et cetera.
By the time you come up from the car (even in winter) after you’ve walked along all the carpets, the wheels are dry. So you just wheel it right into your place.
